- Antimicrobial treatment — Remaining surfaces are cleaned and treated to prevent regrowth.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does mold remediation cost?
It depends entirely on how far it spread. A contained bathroom or closet job is a fraction of an attic-wide remediation. We inspect first and give you a written scope and price before any work starts.
Can I just spray bleach on it?
No. Bleach kills surface growth on non-porous materials but doesn't reach mold growing inside drywall, wood, or insulation — and it adds moisture, which feeds regrowth. Porous affected materials have to be removed.
How long does remediation take?
Most residential projects take 2 to 5 days for containment and removal, plus additional time for the repairs and rebuild afterward.
Do I need to leave my home?
Usually not. Containment and negative air pressure keep the work area isolated from the rest of the house. If the affected area is large or someone in the home has respiratory issues, we'll discuss it upfront.
